The role
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth within the agency.
Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues with a proactive, customer-first approach.
Use knowledge of insurance products to explain, compare, and sell policies to cold and warm leads.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and service delivery.
Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, training, and opportunities for advancement.
