The role
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join a fast-paced call center in Azerables, France.
Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone with active listening and clear communication.
Deliver high-quality support, adapt to diverse customer personalities, and promote positive experiences.
Requirements: 2+ years in transportation and 3+ years in customer service with proven support experience.
Demonstrate multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills in a dynamic environment.
