The role
As a Finance Operations professional in a fast-growing, federally regulated environment, you will oversee the flow of funds and ensure accurate financial recording.
Responsibilities include transaction monitoring for high-volume inflows and outflows from multiple sources.
Generate daily financial snapshots and reports to provide leadership with clear visibility into activity.
Optimize operational processes for compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across clearing, payments, and related systems.
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement that inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals, stay current with evolving regulations, and maintain rigorous controls.
