The role
Lead design and implementation of LLM observability features across tracing, evaluation, and debugging for production AI systems.
Ideate, prototype, and scale new product features to provide actionable insights for generative AI deployments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, UX, and applied science to rapidly iterate and find product-market fit.
Influence architecture decisions and mentor engineers to build resilient, high-performance, scalable systems.
Stay close to customer pain points and translate them into prioritized product and engineering work while tracking industry trends.
Build foundational tools that make AI systems observable, explainable, and reliable in real-world production.
