The role
As a Staff ML Engineer for Payments, you will architect and own end-to-end AI-powered payment solutions at global scale with low latency and high security.
Spearhead LLM agents, real-time anomaly detectors, and other breakthroughs to improve fraud defenses and checkout experiences.
Collaborate with product, software engineering, and operations to translate complex requirements into principled architectures that drive measurable business impact.
Design, train, deploy, and operate large-scale AI applications for batch and streaming workloads, with automated monitoring, drift detection, and retraining triggers.
Mentor teammates and foster an experimentation-driven culture where cutting-edge research meets production excellence.
Requirements include 9+ years in applied AI/ML, strong Python/Java, expertise in modern LLM workflows (prompting, LoRA, RLHF), and hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Triton/vLLM, vector search, and MLOps tools.
