The role
Manage complex civil litigation matters and provide strategic legal counsel, including thorough research and case assessment.
Draft comprehensive pleadings, motions, and dispositive documents, and develop litigation strategies.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings with strong advocacy and professional judgment.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX.
Requirements: 3-5 years of civil litigation experience; JD and active Texas bar; excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Preferred: experience in insurance defense; proficiency in negotiation and dispute resolution, delivering timely, high-quality legal services.
