The role
A Business Analyst is responsible for supporting M&A integration projects, engaging with various stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, and ensuring smooth project delivery. They analyse business processes, identify improvement areas, and create functional specifications, often utilising Visio, Jira, and Dev Ops. The role involves managing system migrations, conducting fit/gap analyses, and facilitating user acceptance testing, all within a collaborative environment. Strong stakeholder management, technical knowledge in process mapping, and experience in financial or insurance sectors are essential. The position demands a self-motivated individual skilled in documentation, communication, and project execution, with occasional UK travel required.
