The role
The role involves supporting system integrator customer bases through deployment, upgrades, and operational support of core network solutions. The engineer will resolve tier-3 support requests, guide customers in procedures, and implement updates to core software. They will design and deploy test scenarios, contribute to procedural improvements, and document processes. Candidates should have at least two years' experience in customer support, with expertise in 4G or 5G mobile core networks and Linux systems.
