The role
A senior network engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing core network services across multiple locations in the UK and Europe. They work closely with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure high-performance, secure, and reliable network connectivity, including LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VoIP, and SIP trunking. Technical expertise in MPLS, IPVPN, and enterprise networking is essential, along with experience managing external partners and cross-team collaboration. The role involves strategic planning, service improvement, and overseeing connectivity infrastructure in secure and complex environments. Candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be willing to travel to various sites. This position requires a minimum of five years' experience in enterprise networking and technical leadership.
