The role
Design and deploy large-scale ML/optimization systems for real-time personalization across the subscriber journey.
Contribute to causal inference models to measure incremental impact of acquisition and retention strategies.
Develop incentive optimization and progressive reward systems to improve spend efficiency.
Build budget allocation and forecasting models to identify optimal spend across acquisition, referrals, and retention.
Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to design experiments, model frameworks, and production ML systems, while providing technical mentorship.
Set best practices for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring; build 0→1 ML systems that improve subscriber outcomes and marketplace health.
