The role
Partner with the Store Manager to drive store results by prioritizing time and effort and elevating performance.
Foster a positive, safe, and engaging team environment that delivers an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain and exceed merchandising standards, driving space planning and visual merchandising to meet sales and KPI targets.
Recruit, coach, and develop team members to ensure a productive and collaborative store.
Oversee operational responsibilities including POS systems, cash handling, loss prevention, scheduling, and payroll management.
Maintain full-time availability (40 hours/week) and uphold safety, brand standards, and store procedures while leading guest interactions.
