The role
Lead strategic retail training and field development to elevate selling skills, operational excellence, and brand knowledge.
Collaborate with Headquarters, Learning & Development, and Retail Leadership to design and execute impactful programs.
Equip supervisors and managers with practical training facilitation tools and drive continuous improvement through measurement.
Support onboarding for new managers and field leaders and shepherd training for seasonal launches, promotions, and activations.
Deliver the training components of the annual Store Manager Conference, focusing on leadership, engagement, and culture.
Serve as a strategic liaison between corporate functions and store teams to ensure brand voice, priorities, and readiness for store openings and events.
