The role
Dynamic Store Manager to lead a cannabis retail team in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee daily operations including inventory, cashiering, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales.
Coach, hire, and develop staff through orientation, ongoing training, and performance evaluations.
Drive sales growth via marketing initiatives, promotions, pricing strategies, and vendor negotiations.
Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.
Manage scheduling, communication, and a customer-first environment to deliver exceptional service.
