The role
Architect and evolve the agent development experience, including code integration, evaluations, observability, tooling, and cross-agent interactions.
Lead initiatives to deliver a scalable, reliable, low-latency architecture while optimizing for cost efficiency.
Roll out new services with hands-on leadership to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical roadmaps, and guide customer-facing teams to advance AI modernization via agents.
Oversee reliability, capacity planning, failover strategies, and disaster recovery, and drive AI-driven automation across IaC, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring.
Champion internal tooling and become a subject-matter expert on new agent paradigms, guiding productization efforts.
