The role
Operate at the forefront of AI observability by building LLM instrumentation libraries for emerging providers and agent frameworks.
Maintain and extend instrumentation across Python and TypeScript ecosystems, aligning with OpenTelemetry and semantic conventions.
Translate diverse requirements from the open-source community and enterprise deployments into practical tooling and libraries.
Collaborate with the global developer community through GitHub, Slack, conferences, and with PMs and solution architects.
Take complex problems from ideation to delivery with full ownership and accountability in a fast-paced setting.
Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years shipping production code, strong Python and TypeScript skills, and a passion for collaborative, open-source development.
