The role
Lead project engineering and project controls for heavy civil infrastructure projects in the US.
Plan, organize, and execute safety, QA, quantity tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Develop and manage schedules, work plans, and subcontract administration; implement change management and document control.
Provide supervision and on-the-job training for junior engineers; ensure compliance with contract plans and specifications.
Identify field conditions, resolve issues, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with site teams to deliver projects from planning through closeout, ensuring timely, high-quality results.
