The role
The Human Resources Manager leads and coordinates HR functions to support faculty and staff within a university setting.
Oversees full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and selection to fill open positions.
Develops and maintains HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and employment laws.
Manages benefits administration, responds to employee inquiries, and handles employee relations and conflict resolution.
Facilitates performance management, assists managers with goal setting, and coordinates training and development opportunities.
Analyzes HR data and metrics, prepares reports for senior leadership, and supports compliance and data-driven decision-making.
