The role
Own end-to-end ML development for production features on Firefly Boards, from initial experiments to deployment.
Integrate and optimize ML models for core workflows, including recommendations, generation, and automation.
Build scalable, monitored ML systems that perform under high-traffic, B2C conditions.
Collaborate with frontend, backend, product, and design teams to embed ML seamlessly into user flows.
Develop autonomous AI agents that handle complex creative workflows and improve product capabilities.
Measure success through user adoption, business metrics, and real-world impact, delivering incremental improvements.
