The role
As a contractor, you will maintain and update course content to reflect the latest AI tools and libraries. Analyze course performance metrics to identify updates and review student feedback at scale to prioritize improvements. Perform API and library maintenance to accommodate breaking changes in libraries such as LangChain, OpenAI SDK, and Hugging Face. Fix bugs reported by students by updating materials or troubleshooting issues related to token limits or deprecated APIs. Update text, visuals, instructions, tutorials, exercises, and projects to align with current tools and technologies, and test Workspaces for correct functionality. Document changes clearly and collaborate with Content Developers, Program Managers, and Learning Architects with a student-first mindset.
