The role
Corporate Counsel for a growing financial services organization in the Greater Philadelphia area, reporting to the General Counsel.
Provide general transactional support across corporate transactions and strategic investments, including deal negotiations and documentation.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, such as NDAs, licensing agreements, and other transactional documents.
Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, finance, corporate, and other internal teams, and manage external counsel as needed.
Support regulatory compliance initiatives and ad-hoc special projects as they arise.
Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, 3+ years of general corporate experience (private practice or in-house), strong communication, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to broaden skillsets across diverse matters.
