The role
Serve as legal counsel to operations and asset management teams supporting a portfolio of energy and infrastructure assets.
Manage operational disputes, insurance claims, warranty issues, and contract amendments.
Monitor and manage post-closing obligations under project financing and corporate financing structures.
Support capital markets and treasury activities, including construction draws and tax equity fundings.
Coordinate legal aspects of portfolio and corporate financing transactions and oversee entity management.
Implement and oversee legal department processes, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal teams and outside counsel.
