The role
Lead and manage the Product & Privacy legal function, overseeing product development, security, privacy, and IP matters.
Provide strategic legal partnering to senior product, engineering, and security leaders throughout the product lifecycle to mitigate risk while enabling rapid innovation.
Own the intellectual property portfolio and global privacy program, ensuring compliance with US and international laws and regulatory frameworks.
Design scalable policies, privacy-by-design processes, and governance systems to support AI/ML initiatives and fast-moving product delivery.
Translate complex legal requirements into actionable business strategies, metrics, and cross-functional processes to promote efficient scale.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, coordinating cross-functional efforts in contracts, security, and regulatory diligence.
