The role
Oversees Auto and General Liability claims, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution of bodily injury and property damage matters.
Develops and implements strategies to manage AL/GL exposure, reduce costs, and optimize reserves.
Directs litigation strategy for complex liability matters, representing at mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings.
Analyzes liability exposure, advises on risk mitigation, and ensures adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
Negotiates settlements, approves payments within authority, and supervises third-party administrators and outside counsel.
Collaborates with risk management and cross-functional teams to drive proactive risk management, reporting, and travel as needed.
