The role
A law firm seeks an experienced litigation associate in Memphis with a focus on media and intellectual property disputes.
Ideal candidates have 3-4+ years of experience handling defamation, copyright, and trademark matters.
Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and developing case strategies with the team.
You will represent clients in court and other legal proceedings as part of a collaborative practice.
Strong writing, research skills, and top 25% academic credentials are required; Tennessee bar admission or eligibility is expected.
