The role
Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from intake to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and represent them in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
Conduct advanced legal research and analysis on complex civil issues to support case strategy.
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff, overseeing workflow and ensuring high-quality work product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective case strategies and client advocacy.
Handle administrative tasks related to case management, including calendaring, discovery management, and docket control.
