The role
This remote civil litigation role focuses on representing clients in creditor lawsuits in state court.
You will manage all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and responses.
You will conduct discovery, prepare for hearings, and appear in court as needed.
You will advise clients on their rights and options in debtor/creditor disputes and collaborate on case strategies.
The position requires a JD and active bar status in PA or NJ with solid state court litigation experience.
You will handle a dynamic caseload with minimal supervision, sharpening research, writing, and analytical skills.
