The role
Seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of casualty litigation experience to join a Philadelphia team.
Primary responsibilities include handling civil litigation matters, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are essential; judicial clerkship is a plus.
Active Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar admissions are required.
The position offers structured training, regular feedback, formal mentoring, CLE-eligible seminars, and a pro bono component.
This role emphasizes professional development and hands-on client-focused litigation experience.
