Hospitality Sales Executive
Drive revenue growth by selling corporate hospitality packages and premium race-day experiences, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Proactively generate leads, manage key accounts, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event delivery and tailor packages to client objectives. Build long-term relationships, upsell and cross-sell products, and communicate feedback to marketing and operations. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, maintain CRM records, and provide sales forecasts. This role requires weekend and extended hours during major events and a proactive, high-energy approach to sales.
