Bank Hospitality Host/Hostess

As a Bank Hospitality Host, deliver warm and engaging service in dining and bar areas to create a welcoming environment for residents. Support residents and their families by offering attentive, person-centred hospitality and friendly conversation. Assist with events and activities to enrich daily life and ensure first-class dining experiences. Be flexible to cover shifts as needed, including for annual leave or sick leave. No formal qualifications required, with opportunities to develop skills through on-the-job training and courses. Due to alcohol service, you must be aged 18 or over.
