The role
As Marketing Strategy Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns for artists, labels, and brands.
Manage the full campaign lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop influencer campaigns, playlists, and digital activations.
Prepare briefs, copy, assets, and oversee budgeting, timelines, and performance reporting using data-driven insights.
Drive artist development and community engagement while mentoring junior team members and supporting new business opportunities.
This role supports US and global teams with offices in New York, Nashville, or Los Angeles, delivering standout campaigns.
