The role
A Senior Human Resources Manager in Leicester will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth, focus on organisational culture, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. The role involves managing HR operations and ensuring legal compliance within the UK employment framework, along with driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives. This position requires strategic and operational HR experience, strong stakeholder management, and a high level of emotional intelligence, supported by relevant qualifications. The successful candidate will lead a HR team in shaping the company's personnel processes and building a high-performance environment. They will be responsible for maintaining a positive workplace environment and delivering training programmes to develop leadership skills.
