Human Resources Manager

Keystone Knowledge is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide expert advice to education organisations such as schools and trust authorities. This role involves managing employee relations, preparing documentation, coaching managers, and delivering HR training while working largely independently. The successful candidate will have substantial generalist HR experience, including dealings with employee relations and the education sector, along with excellent communication skills. The position requires CIPD Level 5 or above qualification, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to travel across UK client sites. Knowledge of restructures, safeguarding, and employment law would be advantageous.
