The role
As a Registered Nurse in ICU Transport, deliver patient-centered critical care during inter-facility transfers.
Conduct bedside assessments, monitor vitals, and manage care to maintain patient stability en route.
Administer medications and therapies per protocol and coordinate with the transport team and receiving facilities.
Maintain readiness to apply ACLS and BLS in emergency situations during transport.
Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and documentation tools to ensure seamless communication and safety.
Active RN license is required with ACLS and BLS certifications; degree options include Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or RN Diploma.
