The role
End-to-end operations for public cloud environments (AWS and Azure), ensuring availability, security, and performance.
Lead incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and cross-team coordination.
Troubleshoot hosted workloads on cloud platforms and escalate to specialized teams as needed.
Engineer, automate, and orchestrate provisioning and maintenance using Terraform, PowerShell, Ansible, and Azure DevOps.
Support security incident response and ITSM integrations with ServiceNow, maintaining runbooks and documentation.
Requires 5+ years in IT with hands-on cloud, Windows/Linux administration, networking, and DevOps tooling; on-site travel as needed.
