The role
Lead the end-to-end development of Generative AI for conversational experiences with NLP, multimodal contexts, and real-world deployments.
Design, fine-tune, and evaluate transformer-based LLMs (BERT, Llama, GPT variants) for production-grade dialogue systems.
Own data pipelines, model training, serving, and MLOps, including prompt engineering, in-context learning, and eval frameworks.
Analyze conversational data to identify patterns, perform error analysis, and implement robust data quality improvements.
Collaborate across teams to scope projects, run experiments with strong baselines, and determine cause-effect through experimentation.
Communicate results clearly and translate business requirements into technical solutions, while delivering impact at scale.
