The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end Generative AI systems using transformer-based LLMs for conversational experiences.
Advance NLU capabilities by leveraging prompt tuning, in-context learning, and offline/online evaluations to select the best-performing models.
Analyze conversational and multi-modal data, perform error analysis, and improve data representations.
Build scalable ML pipelines and MLOps for model training, serving, labeling tools, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust experiments and measurable outcomes.
Prepare demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical documentation to communicate findings and drive product impact.
