The role
This role sits within the Resolutions and Protections team, focusing on margin improvement through loss and OpEx reduction.
You will extract and process structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python to reveal actionable insights.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to refine dispute resolution processes and boost efficiency.
Develop and validate hypotheses to optimize operational costs while enhancing buyer and seller experiences.
Deliver ad hoc analyses on dispute trends, risk mitigation, and cost drivers for stakeholders.
Communicate findings clearly through concise visuals and presentations, translating data into strategic decisions.
