The role
Design, build, and maintain backend microservices and APIs for the customer experience platform prototype.
Integrate conversational messaging APIs with cloud-based backends (API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB).
Implement a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline using advanced LLMs to provide contextual, live-data-driven responses.
Create connectors to logistics partners and brokers using cloud SDKs, event tools, and message queues.
Apply prompt engineering, schema validation, and guardrails to ensure factual, safe LLM outputs, while monitoring latency, cost, and quality.
Collaborate with AI/NLP specialists and work in a multilingual, cross-functional team to deliver reliable, observable solutions.
