The role
This is a Full-Time Job Coach position supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in achieving meaningful employment.
The role is primarily field-based, spending about 90% of time at the individuals' job sites, with a gradual fade as they gain independence.
Duties include teaching, assisting, and supporting new workers through task demonstrations, modeling, counseling, observation, and discussion.
Provide training and ongoing support to workers with disabilities, including travel assistance to job sites when needed.
Manage a caseload of 10-15 clients and write detailed service notes after each session to monitor progress and outcomes.
Ideal candidates have one year of relevant experience, flexible hours, strong communication, and a high school diploma or GED.
