Store Manager - Multi-State Opening

Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with standards and smooth performance. Lead staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development of a high-performing team. Drive revenue and profitability by monitoring sales performance, inventory, and key operational metrics. Enforce service standards and policies to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with HQ departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Training) and support new store openings and stabilization; relocation may be required. Requires Mandarin and English proficiency preferred, valid U.S. driver's license, work authorization, 1+ year retail management experience, willingness to relocate after training, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
