The role
Lead discovery work to identify meaningful patterns in workforce data that predict engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.
Build and validate statistical models and ML approaches to surface actionable insights.
Improve data quality and standardization for critical attributes such as hierarchy, tenure, and demographics.
Partner with engineers to productionize insights and integrate them with Coach.
Contribute to engagement benchmarks and data quality initiatives while exploring new territory.
Help shape the longer-term insights roadmap and communicate findings clearly to product and business stakeholders.
