The role
Oversee day-to-day contract administration, ensuring compliance with contract terms, policies, and procedures.
Develop, manage, and track project scopes to align with objectives, contracts, and stakeholder requirements; review changes for conformity.
Lead budget development and tracking, review pay applications, change orders, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Establish and maintain project schedules, mitigate delays, manage critical path tasks, and recover as needed.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to design firms, consultants, and contractors; drive risk analysis and mitigation.
Direct project closeout, punch list resolution, final reporting, and ensure all deliverables are documented and handed to stakeholders.
