The role
Configure IT systems and services to support multiple IT functions while enforcing security, procedures, and standard methodologies.
Remediate vulnerabilities by applying OS and software patches, updates, configurations, and removals as needed.
Maintain software lifecycle by upgrading, patching, and removing unsupported software in collaboration with Asset Management.
Automate deployment tasks via scripting and the system management appliance to streamline software provisioning.
Deploy operating system configurations using Group Policy and scripting, aligning with IT and Security strategies; provide compliance evidence as required.
Support Change Advisory Board discussions, assist Service & Delivery teams, coordinate with vendors, participate in on-call rotations, and assist with incident escalation.
