The role
Lead project scoping and objective definition to ensure delivery against commitments.
Identify resources, forecast capacity, and resolve utilization issues across teams.
Create and manage detailed project plans, with course corrections and risk escalation as needed.
Provide high-quality project transparency to senior stakeholders on a regular cadence.
Apply industry best practices, risk management, and standard methodologies throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders, support issue resolution, and drive continuous process improvements.
