The role
Configure, monitor, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure services to ensure secure, reliable user access.
Manage Office 365 security administration, including identity, access controls, and governance.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and support multiple applications.
Handle day-to-day operations such as user provisioning, group management, permissions, and policy enforcement.
Plan changes, upgrades, migrations, and downtime, with proactive communication to stakeholders.
Create and maintain governance documentation and serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft applications requests.
