The role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Education AI team, you will build and ship features for the AI assistant that powers product experiences.
You will apply modern AI engineering practices including context engineering, chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, evaluation, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Responsibilities include designing resilient, scalable features, orchestrating integration of the assistant across product surfaces, and maintaining robust evaluation suites.
You will analyze user behavior and model performance to identify knowledge gaps and drive improvements.
Proficiency in TypeScript and collaborative code review is essential.
This Dublin-based role offers hybrid work and opportunities to share your work in the AI space while collaborating with top engineers.
