The role
Join as a Backend Software Engineer to design, implement, test, and deploy robust backend features powering AI-driven marketing workflows.
Build scalable APIs and services that support data ingestion, AI integrations, and real-time insights.
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate goals into reliable technical solutions.
Contribute to engineering craft through code reviews, clear documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
Must-have: 3+ years of experience, proficiency with Elixir, Phoenix, Erlang, and familiarity with AI/ML integrations or data-driven features.
This role operates in a hybrid, global environment with opportunities to influence product decisions and drive performance.
