The role
Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction across Pre-K–12, using assessment data to inform differentiated teaching and meet diverse learner needs.
Create a positive, structured classroom culture with high expectations, core values, and clear routines.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement curriculum, participate in grade-level teams, and support school-wide initiatives.
Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff, providing timely feedback and updates on progress.
Engage in ongoing professional development, including orientation, coaching, and instructional training throughout the year.
Demonstrate a relentless commitment to urban youth achievement and continuous growth as an educator.
