The role
Permanent site-based Commercial Manager / Commercial Project Lead for a residential development in Leeds.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers and manage interim valuations and final accounts.
Prepare monthly reports for the customer, including forecasts of rolling final accounts and contract variations.
Coordinate subcontract enquiries, form tender lists with the management team, and evaluate quotations.
Measure, value, and verify all subcontract interim and final account applications and related payments.
Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers while ensuring compliance with the Construction Act.
