Estimator - Commercial General Contractor

We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Construction Estimator to support preconstruction efforts for ground-up commercial projects. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, preparing detailed cost estimates, and analyzing labor, materials, equipment, and general conditions. Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing, prepare complete bid proposals by deadlines, and refine budgets with project teams. Revise estimates for design development or scope changes and maintain historical cost data to support future estimating efforts. Monitor market trends, pricing conditions, and construction methods to ensure competitive and accurate estimates. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, proven estimating experience, proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoffs, and strong analytical and communication skills.
